To receive a KeyHIE account, your facility must be a KeyHIE participant and a request form must be submitted to KeyHIE by a supervisor. If you wish to have access to the health information exchange and your facility is a participant, contact us for an account request form. If your facility is not participating, contact us to get started with KeyHIE today.
